Established in May 2024, Thelma is product of many conversations and a shared desire to make good food and drink good wine grown and produced by friends and family near and far.

In keeping with our approach to the growers and suppliers of the food that we sell, our wine list is a thoughtfully selected mixture of local and international producers who source fruit that is grown using environmentally sustainable methods, or grow organic/biodynamic fruit themselves. 

We will have a number of wines open by the glass each day, and a broader list to explore should you choose a bottle to enjoy with lunch or with the small selection of snacks available until 5pm each afternoon.
